Ownership

The agreement-based right of possession to a specified Geocollectors land area means that the land area and its coordinates shall be registered under the landholder’s name in the Geocollectors landholding database and that the landholder is in possession of the land area.

Landholders shall have the right to freely dispose of the land area, which means that the right of possession can be sold, donated or otherwise transferred to a third party. Landholders may freely access and visit the land area as often as they like and with whom ever they like.
